One of our flagship properties, a 589 sqm plot right off Bole Road, and located across the much sought-after 'Japan' intersection was permitted for construction of a mixed-use G+10 building. The development took a total of 4 years, and was later fully leased to the FDRE Ministry of Tourism.
The site was fully customized with additional security, network and accessibility features to ensure smooth transition to a future-ready new Headquarters for the Ministry of Tourism.

Riverside Apartments, formerly (the Welo Sefer Development), our residential building has 28 units, ranging from two to four-bedroom apartments, and has been well-received by the market, with over 21 clients purchasing apartments.
